Also do you guys have any thoughts on this book? I've never really heard people discussing it before but it's my favorite.

I don't really no what to say. I've never been very articulate on the internet.
The book does so much for me. It's stuffed with so much applied philosophy and history. It's a post modern fairy tale.
The chapter when he's inside alone in the mountain has brought me more existential joy in my life than anything else I can recall.
I think it's good for those who feel very distrustful of humans in general to read.

pretty good writing especially how it describes scent. Something no other writer really focuses on to that degree. I guess its the purpose of the book though.
