book you will reread until you die

I hated that book OP. Nothing mattered to me. It reminded me of when I was 6 and I had to go see Fiddler on the Roof. I left the theatre complaining to my parents, "so the whole play is just the same plot like three times? He doesn't want the daughter to marry this guy but then she does? Over and over again? That's stupid". But whereas I grew up and realised Fiddler is amazing, I've tried to reread 100 Years but just shut down again and again.

So why did you like it, OP? What am I not getting? Maybe you'll change my mind.

That bit where the Old Man and the boy are talking about baseball teams and fear is always amazing.
