What are some good books on death? Philosophy, fiction, nonfiction, whatever. So far I have

Denial of Death by Ernest Becker. It was Bill Clinton favourite book.

Céline was self-admittedly obsessed by death, so any of his books would do.

Hermann Broch's Death of Virgil and Primo Levi's If this is a Man might be up your alley.

Hesse's Narcissus and Goldmund.

PKD's Ubik.

Hamlet, Lear and to some extent Julius Caesar might also count.
