If you're this broken up over one rejection, you're probably not cut out to be an author. You'll probably get dozens if not hundreds of rejections. Even after you start getting published, you'll still get rejections.

You should publish a book comprised of a series of rejection letters. Just keep building it until it gets published.

If you haven't already been rejected 10+ times by now, you probably aren't going to make it.

No. But don't worry, anon, nobody else ever makes it either.

Our lives shine for a brief moment like the spark of a flint struck in the night, then fade back into the indistinct blackness as swiftly as they came. All shall all be united in the gentle but inevitable embrace of the grave, and there lie in silence and darkness forever.

Is it because your writing was shit, or because you screwed up on the packaging, format, font of the manuscript that it never made it past the assistant?

>> No.7226786

where'd you rejected from?

also stop being such a fucking whiny baby, it's one rejection

post an excerpt of your writing and we'll tell you if you'll make it

I get a dozen or so rejections per acceptance when I shop stories and articles. You need to nut up and submit to more places immediately.

Those go straight to the bin, I don't think they even bother with a rejection slip with those.
