I rebuked the thoughts throughout the day,
Only to be continuously reminded of my echoing pain.
I love the flaws and imperfections of his endless beauty,
The ones only I can fall in love with.
My hope is endless.

His glory and cosmopolitanism goes hand in hand with the green monster inside of I,
Infinitively being provoked by the girl that’s wooed him now.
As such a human I am now, bruised and scarred,
In fear of losing,
But only him. All other things are faint.

I take my anger out by war on paper,
Using the cruel weapon of ink,
Yet the opponent seems to fight back even more,
The enemy being my self esteem.

This so called ‘love’ mirrors to personal hatred on my behalf.

It reflects the dimmed lights.
