Is it a sin to feed fried chicken leftovers to a live chicken?

What philosophical texts can I read for answers to questions like this

motherfucker was already dead
died for you to feed upon it's flesh
you somehow failed to finish up

Throwaway the leftover = the purpose of it's death is fucked = Sin

feed it to some hungry chicken who isn't morally capable of giving a shit = good job

this is honestly an insightful approach!

however, is it a sin to beguile the chicken simply because it cannot know better? I say yes. If you cause natives to kill a scientist because you convince them he is an evil magician, the sin lies in your actions, not the actions of the natives.
