Do you use a pseudonym for your writing? Why? How did you come up with it?

>> No.7124768

the only reason to use a pseudonym would be if Googling your name results in someone more famous than you. Chris Killen and Joy Williams have this problem, unfortunately

i had a really awful 3 paragraph short story in my computer i wanted closure on getting rid of so i sent it to my school's literary publication under the second choice of my name and my mom's maiden name

I would love to because my name is fucking Jesús, but for some reason I can't.

I go by Hingle McCringleberry

I was thinking of using Ewan Nigma.

But then again, I write fantasy adventure novels and /lit/ hates fun, so I'm preparing for incessant shitposting.

mine is Klapka J Klapka

I would probably have a pseudonym for my last name, if ever my book gets translated to English or something(which is probably never going to happen), but I like my Roman first name.

>Do you use a pseudonym for your writing? Why?

I do. Because A) I don't write for domestic markets B) I'm branding my name for a different field and C) I don't want to be personally associated with my novels.

>How did you come up with it?

I'm just using my initials as a noun.
