Not to my knowledge. A universal approach to ethics is necessary for a society to critique itself the way the contemporary west does, and that type of ethic isn't really widespread in any other culture.

There's satirical Japanese literature and art but it's still nothing like, "how can we possibly gloat about the Mongol fleet drowning in that storm, how dreadfully Nipponcentric!"
