Should I read Kant's Critique of Pure Reason before I read his Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals?
Should I read Hegel before I read Stirner?

Read Hegel before Stirner. Then read Freud, Lacan and finally Zizek. You're welcome.

Okay, I was worried that the Critique would pave the way for the Groundwork

No, on the contrary. Groundwork is a small little read and is a nice way to wade into the Critique of Pure Reason (which is, IMO, his masterpiece). He addresses some of what he sets up in the Groundwork in the CoPR

are you talking about prolegomena to any future metaphysics or groundwork of the metaphysics of morals?

>tfw wanted to read Kapital
>realized that I should read Hegel first
>realize that Hegel was building largely on ideas first proposed by Kant
>should probably read Hume too
>and Spinoza before that
>can't read modern philosophy without starting with Descartes
>need to build the groundwork with the Greeks
>Plato and Aristotle, of course
>but before them, the Sophists
>need to brush up on the pre-socratics beforehand, though

Now I have several years worth of reading before I can read Kapital

Same boat here. Philosophy didn't attract my attention until a year and a half ago. As a political science undergrad I spent my first year of school on an aimless trajectory without any intellectual grounding, but after being introduced to some works, and especially after reading books like Marx's Ecology by Foster, reading some of Marx's works, and some other philosophy I've realized how essential it is to being able to offer meaningful critique of the world today.

Having read Enigma of Capital by Harvey and some other books, in addition to having a rough understanding of Hegelian concepts, I figure fuck it, I'm ready to give Capital a read. Only problem is I just moved to France for a year long exchange and it might bit before I find an English version.

Best of luck tovarish.
