3)be old enough and steady enough in all prior behavior/interviews that you can't be suspected of ever going rogue once you've won and making them look bad

it helps to be some combination of underrepresented, oppressed, etc populations.

You have to be old, but not so old that you're going to die soon

You have to have political views that align with the Swedish judges, and it has to be blatantly obvious that you hold those views

You have to be established, but not so well known that you would be an obvious choice or that you are accepted in the mainstream

You have to be evocative, but only in a certain kind of way, you know, not the profane and disgusting kind

Even if you fulfill all of these requirements the judges may just reject you arbitrarily for some minor reason, like too many people wanting you to win
