It's a novel that starts before the post apocalypse but follows several characters (a rather impressive number honestly), as society falls, as the metaphorical war between god and the devil starts (it's not really stated, but heavily implied). A tradução do Millor é muito boa, sem dúvida, mas a tradução do Lawrence Flores Pereira mostra como é possível utilizar versos metrificados e conseguir, mesmo assim, obter um texto que fluí com naturalidade, um texto que pode ser encenado com total naturalidade no teatro.
