I've seen several hot opinions here. Let's check whether they are worthwhile.

My score: 159.

I'm working in incoginto mode due to exceeded time in my stay-focused plugin and hence my history don't have the page with the result saved. If you insist I may as well take the test tomorrow once again. You may not believe me now but why not give it a try? It took me only about 10-20 minutes.

First 30 are easy patterns, in the 40s you get nearly unrecognizable "patterns" that take up the majority of your time. Last 20 are slightly harder than the 30s, but easier than the 40s

I actually took a "real" test in a psychiatrist's office when I was 18. I was doing bad in school and my parents were pissed. I would always tell them they thought I was smarter than I actually was. I scored a 165. They never fucking let it go. I don't have the test results, they're at my parents house somewhere otherwise I'd post. But goddamn it took me by suprise. I suck at math. not him but my thought process was like this

i look at both the columns and the rows for a pattern, in the first column we see 3 outies and 2 outies becoming 5 outies

in the second column we see 4 innies and 1 outie becoming 3 innies

in the first row we see 3 outies and 4 innies becoming 1 innie

in the second row we see 2 outies and 1 outie becoming 3 outies

so the pattern here is that the innies and the outies cancel each other out

for the third row we have 5 outies and 3 innies
and for the third column we have 1 innie and 3 outies, both of which lead to 2 outies
