What's the most feels-invoking piece of literature you've ever read?

I'm looking for an introspective journey.

Though I'm guilty of spamming this lately, Alasdair Gray's " Lanark: A Life in Four Books" really struck a chord with me.

For a handholdless, cripplingly anxious, sometime NEET/borderline autist/all-round fuck-up in their mid-twenties, parts of it were like looking in a mirror.

Gray gets it like no other author; he's been there.
