start with Meditations by Marcus Aurellius. It's an easy read and it's great for learning how to cope with anxiety. If you're interested in stoicism, it's also a good intro.

Then you're gonna wanna read Ralph Waldo Emerson's "Nature" and "Circles," doesn't matter what order. The language is pretty hard at times, but if you give him a chance I promise you it's worth it. I highly recommend going for runs and hikes and shit like that after reading "Nature," it'll help you understand what Emerson was talking about in his essay.

At the end of the day though, books won't make you alpha. Being yourself, following your heart and not giving 2 fucks about being embarrassed will.
