I usually recommend this to newfigs. We have a great sticky that was made by some well read people in /lit/'s heyday. You need to be specific though when you want recs, people rarely completely agree whether a book is based or not.

No lol. Post modernist canon. Mimicjs the style of certain ya prominent authors to deliver a conedy in the finest executions I've seen in a while. It took me a while to catch onto it, but my god did it pay off. Read it if you're not disencouraged by a little experimentation.
