Dog's bollocks. But PF has zero exposure in America. When her biography came out last year the review websites from over there tried a little, but basically on the assumption that nobody had heard of her or would care.

I guess she doesn't offer butlers or kings or whatever it is british lit is supposed to supply to foreign scenes.
