It's conceptually a great book. Anybody who denies it should just off themselves.

Although everything about the Party that's revealed in the latter half of the book just reads like a collection of the power fantasies I used to have as an angsty teenager. Even though the whole "solipsism" speech is allegorical, it still reads like angsty spiel.
