Do you guys think in multiple languages or do you have a primary language you think in?

I know enough basic Spanish from school to understand a typical slow conversation. I still only think in English though.

Right now I'm back on learning Japanese after many breaks, but this time I'm using Anki to memorize the words as well. It seems unstable, but so far for Genki I have just gotten to kanji and am doing fine. Hopefully I'll start understanding how the sentence structure works soon.
