Those don't look like slavor labor workshops. Women fought for the right to be able to work independently of their husbands and it's a good thing. I think that a working woman in a society where they would die without a male to give them money is truly how a feminist looks. Really, the pic in OP has more than enough space to work, decent illumination, a lot of room for each worker and seems to be permissive enough to let them wear whatever they want and take pictures inside. It would be better if they had a correct salary but those aren't slave labor conditions under any kind of standard.
