Death is a transformation, it is the end of your form, of things as you know into the unknown. Experiment with the unknown everyday, try something out, do something different, taste something unusual, go someplace new. In short: do something absolutely new to you everyday.

As you change through life, you'll learn how to deal with the death of your past. Death has a sharp eye for what is stale and stagnant. Do something new and you'll feel its dread diminish, and everything will appear more vivid. You'll learn how to lose and how to let go and how to accept and embrace what is entirely unexpected.

If you aren't afraid to die, you're either lying or aren't normal. Fear of death is natural, water will freeze if it's exposed to very low temperature, and it will melt otherwise, so do we die with age and are afraid as we go.
