What do you think about this man /lit/?

There was a thread on skepticism not too long ago, it turned out quite decent.

Really like him. Scepticism seems like the only philosophical position that isn't intellectually dishonest.

But Pyrrho did plenty of things. He was a good NEET boy living with his sister. He washed the pigs.

I think that Pyrrho might have existed, but I only accept that he might have because I'm in the habit of doing so. If I was born into a family who doubted the existence of historical figures I might not accept that he was

I think that Pyrrhonian skepticism is interesting mostly because when people talk about Occam's Razor I can bring of The Pyrrhonian Guillotine

Does anybody think that it's weird that William of Occam (or Ockam) had his principle named after the city where he came from rather than his actual name? I guess it was necessary because he didn't have a surname, but still it seems strange like saying Athenian instead of Socratic Method

Cool entry-level stuff that blows the minds of the people who's starting to get into the field. But when the dust settles and you look closer at it you realize the author is a hack.

I hate how Hume pretty much says that we can't prove anything because induction is flawed, and then begins making prescriptive statements about how to live while appealing to things like practicality
