Also an egoist society has just as much defense against sexual predators as a moralist one. If there are people who take pleasure from harming others, then there will also be people who take pleasure from protecting others.
The majority of people will just do what they were going to do anyways, and nobody is forced to do or be anything or anybody they don't want to.
