How /lit/ think that would be a crossover of Tolkin's world and George Martin world. Could be good or just a fantasy crap and who would be the best to write.

Basically Tolkein was just interested in creating his fantasy world so he wrote the hobbit as more of a childrens tale. The Lord of the Rings has similarities but I think Tolkien intended it for a mature audience.

Lord of the Rings is a deep, meaningful text that is more focused on worldbuilding.

Game of Thrones is a politically complex text that rambled on for far too long and should have stayed a trilogy.
