I've picked recently up the Bible (Oxford Annotated RSV) and have been reading a tiny bit a day. I think I'm gonna pick up the pace a bit but I was wondering if there are alternative references to just the footnotes in this Oxford version. It does shed light on a lot of things, especially with linguistics and history. But it'd be nice if there was another I could look at that gave a deeper analysis of maybe moral themes and overlooked symbolism.

Is there a reference like that online or one I can find in pdf format that tries to stay objective in an analysis (not branching off with it's own crazy interpretations)? Or is this something I should be doing myself?

I don't know if I want to put that much effort into a bible study. Besides I am a monolingual pleb and would rather learn french or latin first.
