Pure ideology is not pure ideology, that doesn't make any sense because it implies it is false and forms a paradox.

if a meme is some kind of metaphor then yes, meme is a meme.
as we know every word is a metaphor, so metaphor is a metaphor too. too describe the difference between a word and a metaphor or a metaphor and a meme we would have to define the metaphor. so this is an insolulable infinite regress and therefore not reductionable.
