O.K, whats up with this guy? He dismisses all of metaphysics but Ontology? How does he tie in with existentialism? Is it because he is searching for the meaning of being but not in an objective way?

Have you checked wikipedia? Your questions are very general. Look into phenomenology. Or ask more specific questions and I'd be happy to try to answer them. He ties in with existentialism mostly through his occasional use of the term and through his co-opting by Sartre in what is widely perceived as an egregious misreading. That said, he does engage with the problem of meaning and authenticity post God death. Being and Time is kind of like an "impressionist" version of the Critique of Pure Reason, in some ways. Heidegger isn't quite so polemical as Nietzsche.
