Hey /lit/ I'm going to the hospital Thursday for surgery and will be back Saturday. Can you recommend any books or audio books to pass the time? I just finished reading "Never Let Me Go" and I'm about to start "The Killer Angels", but I'll read anything as long as it's interesting.

Anything by Bill Bryson would be good. It's good writing, very interesting, but it doesn't require a huge amount of concentration. I'd even suggest his audiobooks. He reads them all, and I love his voice.
