Who is the Nietzsche for ordinary people with third-rate educations and regular jobs who can't rely on pensions to fund their mountainous solitude and book reading but have to rub elbows with the masses to make money?

Literally no one. Nietzsche, unfortunately, requires a great deal of time to work out, and familiarity with a lot of the classics, especially Plato.

Otherwise, I guess it depends on what you think Nietzsche's on about, to more helpfully answer your question. Are you looking for a philosopher who details life affirmation and self-overcoming? Perspectivism? A certain aesthetic orientation towards life? Existential concerns?
