The fuck nothing. Some excursions overseas aside, she grew up in Nicholas County, Kentucky--near Carlisle. I don't think she moved to Arizona until the 1970s---and, yes, she currently lives in Virginia. I'm not sure how glancing at her "bibliography" will make it "blatantly clear" that the truth is otherwise.
