So I have to come up with some good 1 sentence summaries for possible novels, can anyone give me some ideas?

All I have so far is :
A highschool loner is diagnosed with a terminal illness leaving him with 3 months to live, all the while hiding this fact from the very people he recreates himself to befriend.
