/lit/, I am applying to work at a small bookstore that just opened up in my town. Any advice on what they would be looking for? Never worked for a bookstore before.

I love that picture too. I was actually looking around 4chan yesterday looking for another version of it (that I think exists unless I imagined it), where it's essentially the same gif but the distortions (if you can call them that) are more clean and boxy.

1) Someone who shows up to work.

2) Who shows up to work on time.

3) And can pass a drug test.

In short, if you can get and keep a job at McDonalds for three months straight you have everything they want.

I got a job in a cheese shop/delicatessen and I think the fact I included my ideal cheeseboard got me the trial which led to the job.

So maybe include your top 5 books or whatever.
