That the State is one of the closest forms to God we can achieve in the reality of idealism. His State is also nationalistic and conservative and that prussians are the current carriers of world history.

Honestly this is pretty straight forward and easy to grasp.

The state was divinely approved back then, the monarch and all that. But also Hegel want the state to be God and envelop everyone, the more comprehensive the state gets, the closer we approach the end of history. Nothing outside the state, nothing without the state.
