Hey college fags, just wanted to let you know im 25 years old, I have a job that makes 48k a year, and i own three rental properties that each make 300-500$ a year.

Not only did i not go to college i didnt even bother finishing highschool. I dropped out of the 11th grade!

So, how are thosr student loan debts?

I did some slave wage work from 16-18 but still managed to save enough to get my own apartment. Then I came up with my own business idea that I managed to make about 34k a year on (not great but it was a start). At 20 I bought my first house and moved a bunch of friends in, their rent payments covered the morgage. At 21 I got sick on my little business iv been running and dropped 4k on cdl school (only took 3 months to complete) and since then I have been an over the road truck driver. Last month I turned 25 and bought my 3rd house.

I might not be the most well read guy out there but I'm a fucking financial wizard.

I'm thinking of applying for a job with walmart, they pay 70k a year. Thing is I got a pretty cush position with my current company so I might just stay untill I'm ready to retire and devote my life to real estate.
