How do I fix myself from a mental / social point of view?

I'm going to graduate university with a first in engineering (and I got the best grades in my school) and I'm doing this without consciously putting in much effort or being notably smart. I have zero interest in engineering, I really hope I get a job in another industry. I consistently do the work.

I've lifted weights for over about 2.5 years. I'm obviously not good by the standards of people who take it seriously and compete but a consistent and normal amount of effort means that I'm stronger than most males, even the ones at the gym.

Now what is the equivalent but for my social life?

>tfw I'm going to graduate uni next year and start hating women for the rest of my life because I've never done anything ever with women except for prostitutes
>tfw have never received attention from women ever, not in school or 5 years of university
>tfw not so much as a smile while walking past

I think reading stories about injured / mutilated normalfaggots will be my only solace or the closest thing I'll ever have to a social life

What book / philosophy / mental workout routine can fix me? I think a lot of /lit/ posts about mindfulness these days. Is that good?

I make topics like the above one. Is there hope for me?

do you make threads about how much better STEM is?

How is this at all related to /lit/? If this is the wrong board I can't figure out how you clicked it, since your other options are /jp/ or /mlp/. Well, I suppose this would fit on /jp/.

Pick a classic novel, mould yourself into an archetype.
Or you could just get, say, a government or ngo job that your engineering grades qualify you for and that you find interesting - disaster preparedness/response, infrastructure development analysis, etc.
