For any writers who have been published online, where do you send your stories?

I am too familiar with genre mags like Strange Horizons and Beneath Ceaseless Skies. The truth is that I've been in a rut and have had trouble writing genre crap lately. I'd love to know any good, ideally well-paying fiction mags that look for stories and poetry less confined by specific genres.
