As a followup with ideally less shitposting, are their any decent african novelists, esp ones that deal with the horrors of post-colonialism and liberia/Central african republic/congo level chimpouts? I've read Things Fall Apart which is a good read and I've read Man of the People which I enjoyed more. The latter was pretty funny. In both he puts in a lot of cool African proverbs and fables.
