Does /lit do the whole constructive criticism for writers and stuff? I'm working on a novel and was wondering where a good place to bounce ideas was.

>> No.546872

Kinda. Sometimes we're constructive, sometimes we're just dicks, and sometimes we're kinda both.

Not here. They'll whine and whinge and bitch and piss and moan about "all the faggot amateur writers posting they're terrible stories." Then they'll go back to their precious LEGIT /lit/ threads.

You know, like, "Lovecraft hated niggers" or "the evils of socialism."

Try the Zine.

It's a hit or miss on if people will comment on your story but more people will read it this way.

Especially if you ask the editors to give you criticism.

It's more concept than story at this point, i've got tons of notes on characters and back story, but only the prologue and i think (it could balloon to red mars proportions) half of the first chapter.
