Don't delete what you write immediately, you need to write for about an hour, force yourself to keep writing stuff down (maybe following an outline), deleting nothing. Then come back to it at another time and edit it.
This is how a text and a vision takes form (for most writers).
Try writing on paper so you can't just hit delete in a second
