why does that make you mad? sometimes it falls flat or is unnecessary, but some people really do have accents and really do have poor pronunciation, it is nice to be able to phonetically read it at times

i dont mind when eastern european accents are written in dialogue because it helps get into the mindset of what those people sound like when they try to speak english
