Can the doctrine rational self-interest provide a reason not to murder someone, if:

1. The murderer derives pleasure from it
2. No one will ever find out and judge the murderer
3. The victim has no friends or family who will care/seek revenge when they die
4. The victim lives in an isolated area and will never contribute anything to society, and so the overall impact on the world will be the same regardless of whether they live or die?
