Before you start righting, get a pice of paper and use it as a draft, organizing your main ideas and themes.

There are a lot of websites that could tell how to organize your text, but in general it should go like this:
1. Introduction of the theme and what you pretend to right about
2. Several paragraphs of development. Try to keep one idea per paragraph
3. Conclusion
