Seriously, I read like a paragraph of it when it came out, and although it's pretty bizarre, I wouldn't be surprised that a lot of people have internal ramblings like that when they're tired or have not eaten enough or have read too much (which seems to be the case of OP). Of course the sadistic impulses and reification of everyone else are another matter.
