Why is it that Britain's working class is so mindlessly outspoken and irreverent of their place in society? It amazes me, because I know plenty of people that belong in the American and Australian working class that are great people. And yet every working class fuckhead I have met from Britain has thought of themselves as Socrates incarnate, because they are slightly skeptical of religion and hold a few sketchy leftist views of the world. Is this because of the culture that came about during the 70s/80s, with the punk revolution and whatnot?
