Well, I was in New Orleans for a while when I picked up thew book. Wanted some to read while bumming around the Quarter so what better book than Confederacy of Dunces. It was cool to get into and walk down the streets as you read about them and shit. Would I have bought it at home? probably not. Is it still worth the read? It's unbelievably funny. And yes, you will see apart of yourself in the book that you hide from.
