The Arden individual ones tend to be the best, particularly as they enter into the Third Edition. They reflect the current scholarship when it comes to editing etc. and their notes are superb.

Do not bother buying the Complete all-in-one volume as it contains absolutely no notes and is really nothing more than a teacher's slightly useless companion if anything. I speak from experience in that stead.

My copy of the RSC complete works has decent notes, mostly explaining some of the more archaic words.
It has great introductions to each play too, plus a 50-page general introduction
