Job, Jesus and Satan are the most interesting characters in the Bible. And all of them seem to be made to suffer to please God.

there are base set of classical characters that you can find throughout all written works. If you look at the bible (or quite a few other religious texts) you'll see those characters reappearing in different forms.

>my face when everyone forget Lucifer only has the power to justly exact wrath on Earth to people who deserve it (Left hand of god, Jesus the Right hand of god etc.)

In Paradise Lost? No, have you actually read it? The guy's an arrogant dick. And there's nothing about lucifer aside from the snake in Eden, his fall, and the temptation if Christ in the bible.

God is by far more interesting a character than Job or Satan.

He exists, but he isn't named Lucifer, in fact, he's never named at all!

the name Lucifer is used in one passage, though whether it refers to the devil I think is debateable

If u read "The End of Satan" by Victor Hugo, Satan is a tragic hero.

>how so? the christian god has a lot of qualities than a lot of gods before him already had

are you saying those qualities aren't interesting or that he has no unique qualities?

Also, are you saying the "christian god" in the sense of the Father, Son and the Holy Ghost or just the god that appears in the Old Testament? Because some might argue that the god of the New Testament and the Old are fundamentally different in terms of their literary character.
