Confession Time.
We confess our short-comings or failures when it comes to literature. It can be a book you've never gotten around to reading, a hatred or obsession, failed/abandoned projects, etc.

>The first time I tried to read Pynchon's V, I completely skipped the chapter Fausto's Journals.
>My face when, rereading the book a couple of years later, I find out it's actually really integral to the book.
I'm not saying that any part of the book is disposable. I'm just saying that for all the philosophical/moral/existential wankery, this section manages to gather just about every major plot and theme and develop them further.

Pic related: it's my copy.

My only shame is the one book I never finished.
Thus spake zarathustra.

So you only read like one fifth of the book?

I can't read Sudaca literature, even the good ones.
There's something in it which makes me hate it, though I could never define what it was.
