>Want to write
>Can't find the time to write
>Finally get an hour free
>Struggle to write during that free hour
>Read over what you have when that hour is gone
>You have only a single page
>And it's shit

Why can't it just be the weekend already so I have a full 24 hours free to write and edit in...

At least you're writing.

Too many people who have alot of free time neglect to even consider making literature, or any creative endeavor.

try not wasting time on /lit/ and bitching about not having time.

and? keep that shit contained to your bourgeois leisure activities

Are you serious?
The Arts are for patricians only, friend.

I think you meant to say "Critical Analysis of the Arts" instead of just "The Arts"

Even the lowliest of peasants can still become a carpenter and create art through his medium. Would other peasants appreciate said art for anything other than it's practical value?

Of course not, but that's doesn't detract from the carpenter's skill, just from the peasants who are blind to his creativity.

Keyword: leisure, darling.

Just know I'd be very glad to switch places with you and have your problem.

I'd much rather have trouble finding time to write rather than finding inspiration to write.

Why bother writing if you don't like doing it?

I think there's a difference between not liking WHAT you write and not liking writing itself.

You had time to write that post

Wait a second, is the implication here that the only good writers are the one's who "had time" to write?

The only books that are written are those by people who had time to write, yes.
