Cold air. Atlantic, probably. Overcast. Suggestion of rain, assurances not welcome. Rocky shores, jagged cliffs, worn by, again, Atlantic. Grass dry, even in rain. Breeze, wind is nice, too. A lighthouse out there. Thunder after. No rain yet.

A house. European, welcome stranger, looking out home. French doors, open, net curtains shift with effleurage. Accoutrements, many. Greedy, maybe. No one to say so. Computer, usually. Typewriter in rain.

Days. Months. Years. Small town south, when needed. Seven people. Ten tops. Age, maybe. Walking, breathing, watching. Daysmonthsyears. Time.
