am I allowed to post a thread on this board? What's your favorite book

>> No.4104454

I have three favourites, one is the modernist book my undergrad prof said was really good, another one is a postmodern one that I get, and another is a super deep but really short thing by Kafka or Camus or something

Oh wait no it's four, I also like something really obtuse and weird, Beckett or Joyce or some shit

Nothing before 1880 though

outside of children's literature I read as a children. . .I have read A Canticle For Leibowitz by Walter. M. Miller jr. the most times, about four times I think. I may have read Hey Nostradamus by Douglas Coupland that many times or more but it was essentially YA. I don't really consider any one novel or book my fav, and even my shortlist varies over the years.
